Designed with the Head of State, top Government Leader and Fortune 500 Company Chairman in mind, The Presidential Estates comprises five floors and includes a Majestic Master Bedroom, Private Swimming Pool, Sauna and Jacuzzi, a Gym Room and guestrooms for any number of family, staff or guests. The Presidential Estate contains a large private dining room, a number of meeting rooms and facilities, its own kitchen, billiard and card room, library and study. All rooms and parlors are luxuriously furnished and The Presidential Estate has its own Butler staff.
